What makes KRTA pieces different?
Every KRTA garment is individually hand-painted by our artists, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Small, deliberate variations in the artwork are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
How should I care for a hand-painted garment?
To protect the artwork, we recommend gentle hand-washing or a cold, inside-out machine wash on a delicate cycle. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, don't scrub the painted areas directly, and air-dry away from direct sunlight. Iron inside-out and avoid ironing over the paint.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll help you pick the right fit — sizing can't be changed once an order is confirmed.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. KRTA offers made-to-order customization — reach out on WhatsApp with your idea, and our artists will work with you to bring it to life. Customized orders are confirmed in detail before production begins.
How long will my order take?
Because our pieces are handmade, some orders need additional production time before they ship. You'll be kept updated on your order's progress, and shipping timelines are covered on our Shipping Policy page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll share your tracking details so you can follow its progress with our delivery partner. If you can't find your tracking information, message us and we'll look it up for you.
What's your return and refund policy?
Customized pieces are non-returnable, and ready-to-wear items can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
