Shipping Policy

Here's how KRTA processes and ships your order. Because many of our pieces are hand-painted to order, please read this alongside our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin preparing it. Ready-to-wear items are dispatched sooner, while hand-painted and customized pieces require additional production time before they can ship.

Shipping Partner & Delivery

Orders are shipped through our courier partner and delivered across India. Estimated delivery times and any shipping charges are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the product.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we'll share your tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow its progress with our delivery partner. If you can't find your tracking details, message us and we'll help.

Delays

Since our pieces are handmade, some orders may take longer to prepare. Delays caused by the handcrafted process, courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control don't qualify for cancellation once production has started.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
