Products & Artwork
Every KRTA piece is individually hand-painted, so slight variations in color, texture, and detail are natural and expected — they are not defects. Product images are representative; the piece you receive will carry its own unique character.
Pricing & Orders
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review both before placing an order, especially for customized pieces, which are non-returnable.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the property of KRTA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KRTA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable location.
